Upload semester workbooks to create or update an academic-year batch. Normalization standardizes employer and internship employer names, job titles, further-education institutions, and academic programs or majors. It also helps classify employer sectors, institution countries, and whether jobs or internships match an alumnus’s studies.
Each decision is saved as a reusable mapping from the source value to its standardized value. Matching values in other snapshots and future imports reuse these mappings, reducing repeat AI requests and cost while keeping analytics consistent. To refresh the saved decisions, use Regenerate all mappings below.

The most each regular user can spend a day on AI chat, AI analyses and forecasts, data clean-up during imports, and profile enrichment. Admins have no limit. Limits reset at midnight UAE time.

Data normalization, analyses, and on-demand metric forecasts are separate runs with their own provider usage and cost. Normalization reuses decisions for matching labels at no additional provider cost; partial results retain uncertain source labels. AI chat content is not stored; each generated response is tracked only through operational metadata, token usage, and provider-reported cost. Alumni-profile AI remains under Profile enrichment history.

LinkedIn data is collected through Bright Data. Runs preserve provider-reported billing metadata when available; otherwise credits and USD are shown as a clearly labelled estimate using the configured account rate. OpenRouter usage records model requests, tokens, and USD cost. Historical runs show “Not recorded” when the original run did not preserve provider-level billing.
